The human figure continues to be a source of fascination--the curve of a hip, the way the neck folds into a shoulder, the lovely gesture of a hand. Shapes and forms and textures and light patterns that just do not occur anywhere else, are not expressed in any other art form.
We humans reside in an environment of beauty, power, violence, and propriety both seen and unseen. A composition of not only physical objects but weather and light and emotion and the forces of time. A stream of experiences rushing each to unknown destinations, personal landscapes, real and imagined.
